 Clanmatches: Competitive and Social
While Halo 3 matchmaking is an amazing system that provides many a gamer with hours upon hours of enjoyment, ther are others of us that strive for something above and beyond: The Clanmatch. Most of us were introduced to this type of match setup by Halo 2's matchmaking system, but there were people out there that chose not to use this matchlist as it was intended, and repeatedly formed new clans in order to destroy players of lower skill than themselves. Once Bungie removed the Clanmatch playlist from our matchmaking experience, we were left to scour the internet in search of communities with which to battle. This has proved to be a positive experience for us, as we've come to know many friends through finding matches in this manner. The following are summaries of our various battles within the Halo community.
